Spirit Wise Studios LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Fidget Frenzy mobile application for Android and iOS ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Information Stored on Your Device

Most of what the App keeps never leaves your device:

• Gameplay Data: game progress, completed and unlocked stages, high scores, coin and shield balances, and unlocked items.
• Settings: sound, music and other preferences.

On Android this data is stored in the app's private storage (coin, shield and purchase records are encrypted). On iOS it is stored in the app's private storage and the device Keychain. We do not receive a copy of it.

Advertising

The App is free and shows ads (banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads) served by Google AdMob. Our ad requests are marked as child-directed and limited to content rated for general audiences, which means Google does not use them for personalized advertising or remarketing.

Google may still collect device and usage information (for example device identifiers, IP address, and ad interactions) to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form before ads are requested, and can change their choice at any time from the App's Settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. The iOS App does not use Apple's advertising identifier for tracking.

In-App Purchases

Coin packs are sold through Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). Payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple; we never see your payment details. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed so the coins can be added to your balance.

Leaderboards and Cloud Saves

If you sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), your best stage times are submitted to that service's leaderboards and are visible to other players under your gamer profile.

On Android, you can also turn on cloud saving, which stores your game progress, high scores, selected stages and completion status in Google Play Games Services so it can sync across devices. You can disable cloud saving at any time in the App's Settings or delete the data through Google Play Games.

Crash Reports (Android)

The Android App uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to send crash reports. A crash report contains technical details such as the device model, operating system version, app version and the state of the app when it crashed. It does not contain your name or contact details.

Feedback You Send Us

The App may offer an optional feedback form. If you submit it, we receive your answers and comments, any contact details you choose to include, the app version, and your device model and operating system version. Feedback is stored on our servers (hosted by Vercel and Neon) and is automatically deleted after 365 days. We use it only to improve the App and, if you include contact details, to reply to you.

How We Use Information

• Save your game progress and preferences.
• Show ads that keep the App free, and deliver purchased coins.
• Fix crashes and improve the App based on feedback.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Fidget Frenzy is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and ads are requested as child-directed. If we discover we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, for example through the feedback form, we will promptly delete it. Parents can contact us at the address below.

Your Choices

• Change ad consent from the App's Settings (where consent applies).
• Sign out of Google Play Games or Game Center, or turn off cloud saving on Android.
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data (on iOS, the coin balance kept in the Keychain may persist until the device is erased).
• Ask us to delete feedback you sent by emailing us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised.
